- The SHALLOW WELL Unit spool is tapped for a suction drop pipe and has a vertical passage which equalizes the upper case and well casing pressures.
- The discharge body is tapped for the suction and concentric pressure pipes which are respectively connected to the pump suction and pressure ports.
- There is no passage extending from the pressure pipe to the well casing.
